HOW TO ORDER GUEST KIT WITH MY OWN LOGO?

We offer 2 options for the Personalized Logo.

1. With Minimum order of 3,000 sets of Package 1-4, you can enjoy FREE Personalized logo on the Guest Kit Box (direct print on the Box).

3,000 pcs of Liquids in tube. This includes; Shampoo, Bath Gel, Conditioner and Body Lotion. (direct print on the tube).

3,000 pcs of Bath soap (using sticker).

2. For order less than 3,000 sets - we can offer you sticker logo. You just need to add 2 pesos for each sticker logo. Ideally to be stick on the Guest Kit Box. 

 

WHAT IS THE DESIGN OF THE GUEST KIT BOX AVAILABLE?

If you don't avail for the Personalized Guest Kit Box, we will provide you with our own-designed Guest kit Box. This is what we called the Generic Box. This Generic Box is included in the Packages and you cannot select the design. Whatever design available on hand, this will be given to you.

Our Company can change our own-designed Generic Box without prior notice.

If we change the design of the Generic box and the old design still have few units left, you can opt to choose that. But in normal situation, we will provide whatever is available on the time of fulfilling your order.

High Biodegradable Eco-Friendly Brown Box with Green Print - we give this box to customer that doesn't opt to add sticker logo

Medium Grade Semi-Glossy White Box with Green Print - we provide this box to orders that comes with sticker logo.

 

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

We Accept all major credit card providers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and our payment gateway partner Paypal. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is ALSO available.

 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are consolidated during weekdays and scheduled for LBC delivery on weekends.

In some cases where our production department has too many orders on that week, please be informed that your order will be scheduled for delivery on the following weekend. 

All orders will be in queue on first-come first-serve basis.

We do not ship on these Public holidays: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and other major Philippine Holidays (both Special and Regular).

HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS DELIVERED AFTER SHIPMENT?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you select determines how quickly the order will arrive to your doorstep.

  • LBC - Delivers within 3-5 days working days. Most of the time, it's earlier.
  • Special Shipping - When applicable, shipping times will be stated

The warehouse needs 1 to 3 business days for order processing. LBC does not count the day it receives shipping information as a business day, so for example, you can expect an LBC Next Day shipment to arrive 3 business days after the order was placed. Orders shipped via LBC might not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays.

 

CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED ON THE WEEKEND?

Delivery is Handled by LBC. Most orders will not be delivered on the weekend. However, the LBC or our chosen door-to-door provider does deliver some items on Saturdays, so if you choose Standard Shipping, your order may arrive on a Saturday with your regular mail delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

The tracking number associated with your order will be sent in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn’t receive, or cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will send you your tracking number directly.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders are processed very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery possible. Because of this, an order usually cannot be changed or canceled once it has been submitted. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order. If you discover a mistake, please contact us and let us know ASAP.

 

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY SHIPPED. CAN I HAVE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS CHANGED?

The shipping address for orders that are already on their way to you cannot be changed by Slack or our fulfillment center.

LBC is not able to change delivery addresses once an order has been shipped.

 

WHAT IF I ORDER SOMETHING THAT’S OUT OF STOCK?

We work very hard to prevent this from happening. Occasionally, however, orders might slip through that contain out-of-stock items. In these cases, out-of-stock item(s) or your entire order may be canceled; you will, of course, receive a refund to your credit card for any items that cannot be shipped.

Our fulfillment center will also contact you to let you know that your order has been modified.
